Compliance with Work Equipment and Machinery Directives

The Decree of law nº 103/2008 of June 24, establishes the rules that must follow the placing on the market and putting into service of machinery, as well as the placing on the market of partly completed machinery, transposing to the national law the Directive nº 2006/42/EC of May 17.

With this regulation are consolidated the achieved results in terms of free movement and safety of machines and simultaneously improve the existing legislation, defining more precisely the scope and the concepts related to its application.
